👀 Manage your paid membership settings

Welcome, I am glad you’re here.

To manage your paid membership settings:

  1. Head to aiforbv.rodburkert.com.

  2. Then enter your email address.

    • After hitting Send Login link to Email, go to your email inbox

  3. You’ll receive an email soon after - open it and click on Get Access.

  4. Then you’ll come back to this page, but it’ll look different. Click on the icon in the top right, and hit Manage Subscription.

  5. Here you can do a number of things like:

    • Edit your details and include your name (if it’s not already there).

    • Unsubscribe completely from your membership plan.

    • Manage Subscription where you can edit your credit card details.

  1. How do I access the newsletter archive?

    • If you are a premium member, you can access the content without any interruption once you are logged in with the email address that you used to sign up. Follow the steps listed above to log into our site (aiforbv.rodburkert.com) and you can access all previous newsletters.

  2. I am a premium member, and I can't see the Member Only content on the website.

    • Please make sure you are logged in with the email address that you used to pay for your newsletter membership plan.

  3. How do I change the address that my newsletter is emailed to?

    • If you would like to change your email address, contact me at [email protected], and I will be able to help you out.

  4. How do I switch from the annual plan to the monthly plan?

    • Currently, the only way to switch would be to cancel your existing annual plan and then use the Upgrade page to re-subscribe to the monthly plan.

  5. How do I switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan?

    • Currently, the only way to switch would be to cancel your existing monthly plan and then use the Upgrade page to re-subscribe to the annual plan.

  6. How do I update or change my credit card information?

    • To manage your subscription, login to the website and navigate to the Manage Subscription section. From there, click on the button labeled "Manage Subscription," which will open a new browser tab and take you to the Billing page. This page allows you to manage all your billing information, including credit card information.

  7. What is your refund policy?

    • There is an additional 30-day refund for annual subscribers (only).

      AI for BVTM strives to deliver top-tier information that will save you time and make your practice better. However, I understand the content may not be a fit for everyone. That’s why I offer an additional 30-day refund policy beyond your free trial.

      If you’re not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 60 days (which includes the 30-day free trial) of your subscription purchase date. Email me at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund.” In your email, please include the reason for your refund request.

      I will review your request promptly and process your refund if it falls within the 60-day period. Allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your credit card.

  8. Am I able to gift an AI for BVTM membership?

    • Yes! Go to the upgrade membership page, click on the Gift option, and follow the prompt.
